A party with a difference!
Why not offer your guests shot glasses of soup, maybe a choice of Pea & Mint or Gaspacho followed by a selection of hot and cold dishes served in individual bowls. Waiting staff circulate with trays offering a choice of say 6 different items and allowing approximately 4 bowls per person.
For dessert what about individual tubs of delicious ice cream offered with yummy chocolate brownies. The whole meal is easy to eat standing up, satisfying and fun.
